We then stopped at a place where they grow and make coffee. Their speciality is luwak coffee and for the first time I got to try a whole cup of coffee. Next we went on a lovely bike ride down the hill and through some rice paddies. At the end of the ride we had a great lunch provided by the people there and watched their children perform a dance.
The hotel we stayed in was very good, it just needed a make over. There were tiles missing in the pools, the toilets leaked and there were giant spiders. But it was still really nice to
stay in. On the second day we watched a dance that was about Rama and an other mythical person. It was very good and at the end we saw someone fire dance through burning coconut shells. On our last day in Ubud I ate way to much for breakfast but didn't feel bad afterwards. :) I had my first massage which went for 30 minutes and I liked it alot. The lady who gave me the massage did my back, shoulders, arms and head.
Then we went back to Seminyak which is where we are staying for most of the holiday. But on the way back we stopped off at two temples, one had a hot spring and the other had lots of huge offerings all lined up.
For lunch we went to a great barbecue joint with amazing ribs that literally fell of the bone, and each rib had lots and lots of meat. The last thing we went to was a waterfall that had lots of piles of rocks everywhere around it. We swam near it and I made a pile in the middle of the water next to another pile. My pile fell down once and I rebuilt it then it fell a second time and nicked the other one down which was sad.
